The 4/3Plan: A Lifestyle that Works with Your Vices!

My plan – what I have come to call Deanna's Way – consists of a 4/3 routine. My philosophy is to work hard for four days of the week, so you can play harder the remaining three days of the week! This is a lifestyle program that ultimately allows you to keep your vices. By working hard and being conscious of what you put into your body, you can still have the "bad" foods and drinks you enjoy (in moderation, of course)! My plan guides you through a series of small, attainable changes that will not only drop the pounds and inches off your body, but will help preserve your health now, and into the future.



What Makes Deanna's Way Different?

I have been a professional model for more than 20 years, and as such, I have been introduced to elite trainers, dieticians, diet plans and products. This has given me the opportunity to experience what really works, what's worth the money and what's just a plain rip-off!


In addition to being provided with a plan that allows you to lose weight and still enjoy your vices, Deanna's Way offers a look at the tools and tricks that health and fitness professionals use. From my first-hand experience, I can tell you what producst and services are truly unique. For example, my trainer introduced me to one of my favorite products: Nutritox™ FREE. FREE is a super antioxidant and beta glucan rich formula that aids in the elimination of free radicals and strengthens the immune system. Another colleague of mine introduced me to Juice Plus+. With JuicePlus+ I have been able to easily incorporate a solid nutritional foundation, which has often been a challenge for me. I started taking Juice Plus in November 2008. I was interested in it because my brother and father do not eat vegetables. I noticed a difference in less than a month. For years I have had urinary tract infections as well as yeast infections.
